A rich, dark chutney which combines beetroot, apple, onion, orange and spices to present an excellent accompaniment to those traditional Kiwi Christmas and New Year meals.
Excellent with the BBQ or equally divine with salad, cold meats and cheese. Try with warm ham, pork or game to add or enhance flavours.
